Good, appreciated results and successes have been happening because of (somehow) agreed upon cooperation, group efforts, teamwork.
It also so happens that the happier we are the more (conscientiously) productive we can act, the better the results.

Success from any cooperative group depends upon enough team members acting with consistent merit, virtuously.
The proceeding list of traits may help you to think about how you could work together, appropriately with anyone, better:
ethical / moral integrity -- a track record of maturely and frequently heeding our conscience, "[...] doing for others as we yearn for others to do for us" (Matthew 7:12-19)
knowledge -- verifiable factual information (example: "Redwood trees have been numerous in California. I saw some last summer on a family road trip, hundreds ... maybe thousands. The tallest is 379.7 ft. according to my recent online search."); knowledge equates to reliably memorized facts, important "info"
skill -- practiced, even honed abilities in specific arenas of life (such as the tossing of pizza dough and Olympic speed skating)
comprehension / understanding -- comprehension of arithmetic is such as knowing, "grasping" that the abstract quantities one (1) and two (2) sum to three (3); however, understanding of natural counting and scientific categorization is such as learning that one (1) apple and two (2) oranges total three (3) fruit
relevant experience -- it may be helpful to have directly or closely related experience to a project, cause, or mission (as would or could help to accomplish major goals and beyond normal or ordinary experience)
reputability & esteem -- Whether stated specifically and via such phrasing as social "cred" and-or professional clout, reputation and esteem are earned from meaningfully, fruitfully "walking one's talk", doing good works, playing (i.e.: sports, art, dance, and music) with attitude and heart
a hypothetical example: Jeeng worked at her parents' restaurant in North America and was inspired by a YouTube "short" to think of a cool new way to offer fortune cookies. She tested the idea quite secretively with a few of her favorite family members and patrons and soon thereafter it took off and was a great international trend and success.
