relatedly, Jason Goldberg (left above), a professional life coach I worked with, said:
"creativity is greater than circumstances"
we both learned about this from author and coach Steve Chandler (picture to the right & above)
as I remember it, an organization was stuck with a longstanding problem
Steve was hired and invited many of the employees to gather in a room together to try to come up with as many seemingly silly, "nonsense" ideas
they had to try to come up with ideas with no pressure that their ideas work at first glance
after a little while the ball was rolling and the dozens of people in the conference room started to laugh and guffaw as absurd and funny ideas began to flow
they laughed out their frustrations and disappointments and really just laughed until they had a genuinely bright idea
the team, now much more truly a team, then quickly rushed off to change things in their warehouse
any organization, any company or group of people could do something like this even solo (such as talking to a rubber ducky, a light-hearted and reputable technique in professional software development to facilitate fresh critical thinking)
P.S. Mom invested much time into cutting the plastic that's come with coke cans to be safe for ducks and other wildlife
she's been a true Planeteer and "you can be one too!"
whatever you're inspired to do for nature, for us, please start and soon!
to honor our mother and help life here I've pulled heaps of branches, soil and more out of trash cans and off the streets to put back on earth where such belongs
I did this in multiple U.S. states, sometimes with help
please be a part of a healthy planet and refrain from littering, even picking it up too!
